Sustainability from Ranch to Table

At Holy Burger, we believe great food starts long before it hits the grill. That’s why we proudly source our beef from Hal & Al Meats, known for their Northwest grain-fed cattle raised with care, sustainability, and total quality in mind. Every burger we serve reflects their dedication to responsible ranching and our promise to deliver fresh, flavorful, and ethically sourced beef to your plate.

Sustainability from Ranch to Table

Our beef partners are stewards of the land — working with Northwest farmers who raise cattle on open pastures before finishing them on locally sourced, sustainable grain feeds. This environmentally conscious approach reduces waste, supports family ranches, and ensures the future of responsible beef production. When you enjoy a Holy Burger, you’re supporting a supply chain that puts the planet first.

Humanely Raised BEEF — Better Sourced, Better Tasting

Supporting ranchers means supporting communities. Our partnership helps create long-term employment opportunities, sustains local economies, and keeps traditional ranching alive in the Northwest. At Holy Burger, social responsibility isn’t a buzzword — it’s built into every burger we make.

Q: What kind of beef does Holy Burger use?

A: We proudly use premium St. Helens Northwest grain-fed beef, sourced from ranchers who believe in sustainability, animal well-being, and total quality. Every cut is HMS Certified, hand-trimmed, and raised with integrity — delivering consistent flavor, tenderness, and satisfaction in every Holy Burger.

Q: What does “humanely raised” beef mean?

A: It means our cattle are raised in low-stress, open environments where they can roam and graze naturally. Ranchers follow expert-led animal care practices that prioritize proper nutrition, humane handling, and responsible stewardship of the land.

Q: What does “grain-fed” mean?

A: Our cattle graze on Northwest pastures before being finished on locally sourced grain feed made from corn and other natural ingredients. This balanced diet gives our beef its signature rich marbling, juiciness, and bold flavor that defines every Holy Burger.

Q: Does your beef contain GMOs?

A: While most grain feed in the U.S. is made from genetically modified crops, our suppliers prioritize responsibly sourced, sustainable feed and work with select ranchers.

Q: Does your chicken contain GMOs?

A: Most U.S. corn and soy are grown from genetically modified seeds, so while our chicken is Certified Humane and antibiotic-free, we can’t claim all feed is GMO-free. However, some of our suppliers also raise non-GMO Project Verified chickens, ensuring the feed comes from non-GMO seeds.

Q: Is your BEEF gluten-free?

A: Yes. Beef is naturally gluten-free, and we never add fillers, binders, or flavoring agents that contain gluten. What you taste is real, unaltered beef — pure and simple.

Q: Do you add hormones or artificial ingredients to your beef?

A: Absolutely not. Added hormones are never used, and our beef is free from artificial additives, melamine, and fillers. Our commitment is to clean, honest food you can trust.

Q: Is your beef “pumped” or injected with water or salt solutions?

A: Never. We serve real beef, not processed meat. Our cuts are never injected or brined — the juiciness comes naturally from the quality of the beef itself and how we cook it fresh to order.

Q: Why does Holy Burger care this much about its beef sourcing?

A: Because great flavor starts with great farming. We partner with St. Helens and Hal & Al Meats to ensure every burger reflects responsible ranching, humane care, and honest food values. It’s not just beef — it’s what makes Holy Burger what you’ve been missing.
